I started making pottery when my wife and I moved to a place in the country with room for a home studio. As a coffee aficionado myself, I saw a need for coffee wares that were designed first to work well, while serving as an heirloom quality piece, rather than a hunk of disposable plastic. 
Everything I make is lead free, food safe, microwave and dishwasher friendly, and I hope it helps cut down on disposable coffee pods and single-use plastics. Coffee grounds and paper filters are great sources of compost and useful for amending garden soil. Buy your coffee beans from local roasters when possible. 
When I’m not making pottery, I’m probably working at our cat rescue or picking up after our own fosters. Consider any cat hair you may find in the box a bonus.
